TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Trampolines and Trampoline Spare Parts

If you choose to pay "Optional Shipping Insurance" you will be covered for the cost to replace items lost or damaged in transit at no cost to you.

Trampoline Damaged goods

Notification of damaged goods must be received by us within 7 days of you receiving your trampoline.

You must forward to us photo's of the trampoline goods damaged and a list of the items damaged. Trampoline item names and codes can be obtained from your installation manual.

We will post to you replacement parts at no cost to you.

 

Goods Lost in Transit

If you do not receive your goods 14 days after the recommended delivery times provided by our courier company, (please see "Delivery" under Imports Links on the left panel of our website), please either call us or email us.

If our courier company cannot locate your goods within 7 days of that date, we will post to you another trampoline at no cost to you.

 

 

 

If you choose to not purchase shipping insurance, the item is shipped at your risk and Best Choice Imports is not responsible for any loss or damage to the items whilst in transit to you.
