Procedure for claiming

We are sorry that you have had a problem with your trampoline. We will make sure we replace any faulty or missing pieces urgently.

Please email us at admin@premiertrampolines.com.au  the following:

  1. Your name and best contact number to call you on.
  2. Your order number.
  3. A photo of the whole trampoline in the frame as currently set up in your yard.
  4. A description of the issue.

Once we receive this email, we will contact you to discuss.

Please note that this warranty may have changed since you purchased your item, your full warranty was  printed on your order receipt and provided to you when you ordered.
