How do I work out what size trampoline spare part to buy?
With Trampoline Mats, measure the diamater of your trampoline. This is the size mat to buy. Also measure the spring length and quantity of springs your trampoline has.  
With Trampoline Pads, measure the diamater of your trampoline, this is the size pad to buy.
With Trampoline Enclosures, measure the diamater of your trampoline, how many legs and uprights it has. 

Make sure that what you have checked is the same as the product details which corresponds with the size you need.

My Trampoline has a different amount of legs than your enclosure, will it fit?
Your trampoline must have the same amount of legs than ours or it will not fit.

Do I get a refund if the trampoline spare part does not fit?
Yes you do. Please make sure you measure your trampoline before ordering. You will need to return the product at your cost and a $30 restocking fee will apply to your refund amount.

Do you have mats for rectangle trampolines?
No sorry, we only stock replacement mats and pads for round trampolines.

The product I'm after is not on your website, would you have it anyway?
All of our stock is listed on our site, even if we are out of stock it will still be listed. If it's not listed, we do not stock it.
