Trampoline Delivery Information

Delivery of Trampoline Accessories:

We delivery our Trampoline Accessories eg. Springs, Jumping Mats, Safety Pads via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. We will email you when your item has been shipped. We still need all of your contact details to ship your item.

Delivery of Trampolines and Safety Enclosures:

We deliver our Trampolines and Trampoline Safety Enclosures via national courier networks.

To deliver your item they will need your:

Street address (not PO Box). We arrange despatch the next business day after you have paid for your item. For the main cities delivery is usually within 5 working days central and east coast of Australia.  7-10 days to the west coast of Australia.. Our couriers don't deliver on public holidays, weekends or after hours.  Delivery fee includes one delivery to your address. If you are not home, you will need to collect your item from the courier companies depot.   Transit Insurance is not included in your delivery costs, unless chosen and paid for at checkout.
